PARKING
Valet Parking is available to Hotel guests at a cost of $32.00 per day with in and out privileges. Day guests may valet park at $19.00 per day with no in and out privileges.

Airport Shuttle

The service express team will give you a time indication of when to expect the shuttle based on its location, and instruct you where to go to wait.

The schedule is still be finalized. We will be posting the event schedule on our website at least one month prior to the event and will send you an email when it’s available.
Is food, coffee, lunch included?
No, food is not provided for attendees for this event. There will be water stations in the room and lunch breaks each day. The hotel has a restaurant on site and a coffee carts on site. There are also several other eateries and convenience stores within close walking distance to the hotel which we will provide a list for you upon check in at registration
Is internet provided?
Please note we will not be providing internet access in the meeting space so bring your broadband card if you plan to be online during the seminars. For those staying at the Westin internet access is available in your room or in the common areas for a charge of 12.95 per day.
